Why does the flocking shed?

• During flocking, a hook machine is usually used to apply fibers onto the products, which may result in some loose fibers on the surface. Therefore, it’s normal for some shedding to occur during the initial use. Please notice that the dropping of flocking is common.
• Excessive shaking and friction during transportation and setup may cause the flocking to fall off.

How to prevent flocking from shedding everywhere?

• Before setup, please wear a mask and move the product to a spacious area. Gently shake it to remove any loose fibers from the surface.
• Since the setup can also cause flocking to shed, you can lay the kraft paper on the floor before setup to prevent the flocking from scattering.

How to make the Christmas tree appear fuller?

• Please ensure that the branches are spread in a "V" shape for a fuller look.
